Le vignoble aujourd'hui de 8 ha de structure très traditionnelle (Ugni Blanc). Depuis 1730 cette exploitation a été transmise par liens familiaux. En Octobre les vendanges, totalement manuelles, délivrent un moût vinifié dans la plus pure méthode charentaise, le vin restant sur sa lie. Ici la tradition de Bouilleur de cru est très ancienne. C'est en 1977 que la décision a été prise de commercialiser une partie du cognac en bouteille. En 1984 ce cognac était remarqué par Gert v. Paczensky qui le citait élogieusement dans son ouvrage "Le Grand Livre du Cognac". Jean-Luc Pasquet |
My vineyard (Ugni Blanc), of 8 hectares, is very traditional. Since
1730 it has been in the family. Each October our harvest is totally
by hand, vinification process uses charentaise method and the wine is lees based.
I use a traditional and very old distilling technique. In 1977, I have decided to bottle part of my Cognac production. In 1984, Gert v. Paczensky mentioned my Cognacs with a praise, in his famous book "Le Grande Livre du Cognac". Jean-Luc Pasquet |

Pur Jus de Raisin Grande Champagne Light, pleasant with a well balanced hint of sweetness that promotes grape taste. |
Notre vignoble familial est depuis 1995 cultivé selon les règles de l'agriculture Biologique, sans pesticide, sans désherbrant ni engrais chimique. Aussi et grâce aux vendanges manuelles notre production retrouve les parfums et les goûts d'autrefois, distingués par notre très particulier terroir.
