Off season by appointment	General comments: 6/10	Good tour with a knowledgeable Guide who at times appeared a bit bored. Multilingual. And, you can take a train from the center of Cognac to the doorsteps of Camus.	38/60
	Obtaining info: 6/10	Plenty of info forthcoming. A missing point was not to give a brochure to a visitor.
	Cognac History: 8/10	Simple and to the point.
	Cognac Production: 5/10	Not enough a generate an interest, a walk though the warehouse and the production facility was good but it needed more commentary.
	Tasting: 8/10	Offered to taste Pineau or VS and VSOP with mixes or XO. But when we asked for Extraordinaire, it was offered with a smile.
	House shop: 5/10	Not a real shop but an atmosphere of a bar where you can buy what you taste makes up for it.
