 General comments: 7/10 Smooth, if a bit impersonal tour with all the right ingredients. Mixing of school class kids with adults did not work for either. 43/60

Visitors were offered VSOP and CognacTonic but all Hennessy products were available to taste on request.

The best shop of all, well displayed products, easy to move around and touch them. Friendliness and Hennessy pride beams all around.
