 General comments: 4/10 A very rushed tour with a Guide clearly not up to the job. It is strange that a media company (Seagram/Universal is a parent) can not produce a proper tour. 34/60
Obtaining info: 6/10 Easy with a lot of info available. Short on linguistic capability when calling for info.
Cognac History: 5/10 Much of the info was repetitive; 1st and 3rd video were very good, others were average.
Cognac Production: 4/10 Limited presentation which just was not enough to interest anyone in the group. Gabarre continues to be a problem; claustrophobic location of a gem misses the point completely.
Tasting: 7/10 Choice of VSOP, method of tasting (with a mix, with ice or straight) is the right way to do it.
House shop: 8/10 This is the classic shop; plenty of space, lots of product displays just not enough sales people to talk about products. A very good idea with the ticket quiz.
