 General comments: 8/10 Fabulous setting, many historical figures add to the ambience. Very good videos. Friendly and courteous guides, dressed in time period costumes. 40/60
Obtaining info: 6/10 Plenty of info available but some guides are short on language skills 
Cognac History: 7/10 Relies heavily on the videos but the locale speaks for itself
Cognac Production: 4/10 Guide's knowledge was very limited and she was not very comfortable with the script
Tasting: 9/10  Offered VSOP straight, CognacTonic and any other Otard product was available to taste. Guide was very knowledgeable about prices and packaging.
House shop: 6/10  Lots of merchandise and Cognac products on display but in a very limited space which takes away from the shopping experience.
